Services

Senior project support, in your corner

High-end project support for owners and contractors alike: from scoping and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover.

Owner's representation & project management

A dedicated advocate looking out for your interests: making sure requirements are met, your money is well spent and you get the value you expect from your project.

Schedule & cost control

Project schedules and budgets built early and kept current, with cash-flow monitoring and earned value tracking so issues surface before they become overruns.

Procurement & contract management

RFPs and addenda, fair and competitive evaluations, and ongoing contractor oversight, so you get value through procurement and accountability through delivery.

Risk management

A living risk register, assessed in terms of time and cost, with mitigation actions that are owned, tracked and reported, not just written down.

Reporting & communication

Facilitated meetings, clear minutes and monthly status reports on progress, health, risk and budget, delivered on a fixed rhythm you can count on.

Progress imaging & drone documentation

Regular still, video and drone capture to support visual reporting and progress monitoring, building a project diary you can use long after handover.

The approach

A disciplined roadmap, built on PMI standards

Formal documentation, regular reviews and reporting, and metrics through schedule and budget. Structure that keeps a project honest.

  1. Plan

Formalize the project plan, schedule, budget and risk register. Agree what "done" looks like and who makes the call when things change.

  2. Prepare

Procure the right builder, specialists and equipment. Run a formal design review. Control and communicate.

  3. Execute

Coordinate and manage builder progress. Maintain quality, confirm standards are met and monitor earned value.

  4. Close

Support commissioning and testing, documentation, acceptance and a clean handover.

Why work with us

“Authority gets you a meeting. Trust gets you results.”

A lean, veteran-owned firm that brings in trusted specialists as needed. You get senior judgment on your project, not a layer of overhead.
